Default Bing OTA? -- Best route based on traffic...

I'm trying to find a way to install Bing onto my AT&T 9700 (OS 6.0). My previous COD backups from BBSAK don't work (the app won't start when I click on it). The mobile Bing website (m.bing.com) does not work. There used to be an option to manually select your "client" on Bing's mobile page, but that page does not exist any more. I've tried searching online and this forum and have found nothing.

I like Bing's option of giving a route based on traffic.

Does anyone know how I can install Bing on my phone?

Thanks!
