Best GPS app?

What's the best GPS app? When I had an Android device I liked Google's navigation- it told you when to turn and had a voice that told you the directions. Does the Maps from RIM have this feature? If not, what's the best GPS app?

No it does not.
Garmin for Blackberry or Telenav.
