Default bell 9800 gps not working

my gps has stopped working..i recently updated my os and it worked again but out of nowhere just stopped again...what it is doing is i enter an address and all that and when i click get route it starts getting the route and loads about 25% then just goes back to the main screen...and i have sattelite signal it even says its connected to 6 satellites...i've tried uninstalling and re-installing but same thing

does anyone have any fixes??

It's sound like a mobile internet issue so first contact bell and see Data plan is working fine... do you have any other problems such as that with the data?

another thing.. are you using Google maps? it can speed up the lock and make it work faster..

Yes I use google maps as well..and no I am not having any other problems..
