using an instant messenger, like Yahoo, can the BES administrator read my conversations??

As I understand it, on BES, they should be able to see virtually anything you do on the device if they so desire due to the routing of data through them. I know they can read BBM, emails, and other things as well. So, behave, and don't say anything bad about your coworkers or anything inappropriate in any form of communication on it.
