OS 6 doesn't have a separate hotspot browser. When do you get this message? What service are you trying to use? Just the browser?

Who is your carrier, and are you on a BlackBerry data plan? Please give us as much detail as possible so we can help you figure this out.

In order to use the most important features of your BlackBerry, you need to have a BlackBerry data plan with Vodaphone. Call them and make sure that you are signed up for one.
