TCP-IP apps disconnect BIS

Don't know if I'm the only one, but when I use an app that connects through TCP-IP (APN), I lose my BIS connection. Then after some time BIS returns, until this app request information again through TCP-IP. I have switched almost all my apps to BIS only, but there are some that can't connect using BIS.

Is this maybe a SIM problem, or another type of issue? I have 7.1.190 installed.

blame that fatso named chavez. he doesn't believe in freedom of information. anything through bis chavez has little or no control.
