Whats the deal, if were not talking about RIM's demise we have no comment. 24hrs later no thoughts. OK if I opened myself to the flame... bring it!
Glad to see RIM taking initiative to do this themselves. But while they're 'listening', they're still not performing as well as people would like, especially after this recent outage.
