Default Right for me?

I want a Pearl Flip because I want a phone that opens like it does, but is still good for typing. However, I'm not interested in E-mail, but I am interested in Blackberry's Facebook and MSN apps. Do you think it would be a waste of a Blackberry if I rarely used e-mail?

My other choice was the Samsung Alias 2, however, I don' t know when it will be out in Canada. Do you know?

The enterprise features is where BB really excels. It wouldn't be a waste to use a BB for those apps since they are pretty solid. If that's going to be your primary use I'd look at price first and foremost to see what the premium you'd be paying to have a BB. That being said, even if I stopped really using my BB for work, I'd still keep it.
