Default Please help with my 8900

i have a blackberry curve 8900 it just flashes red ive bought a new battery it still flashes red ive looked on google youtube fourms etc. i dont know how to fix it my computer doesnt detect it on blackberry desktop and it doesnt detect it on loader not even for 1 second please help

when i go to the loader it doesnt come up with COM1 it just stays blank and wont let me click detect are anything

As a last try take the battery out and connect to your computer. If it connects start the wipe and OS reload procedure and pop in the battery once the OS reload has started
If it works you're good otherwise it's type to buy a new blackberry. The 9900 is a great device.
