It's certainly well done, and you should be commended for your talent.
One thing that seemed to be missing was simple task-switching. With QNX, I expect to be able to quickly identify what applications I have running and switch between them -- holding down the menu key works, but it's not exactly intuitive.
If I were to give perfectly honest feedback here, the UI looks nearly identical to android.
It abandons virtually all of the good ideas we've seen implemented on the playbook and OS6/OS7 phones in favor of desktop widgets. (I like the extra organization provided by the panels, for example. I don't think that people dislike them, just the inability to customize them!)
With your talent, I have no doubt that you can find a way to keep what works and improve on what doesn't, leaving us with a truly innovative and uniquely blackberry design.
