NYC Informal CrackBerry Meet-Up, Sep. 26/08

I'm thinking something in the evening (early evening) makes sense to start...

a place where we can all easily meet up, grab some food, chat, chill for a bit, etc.

then if later on people want to head some place else (club or bar or something) where there's some tunes/bevvies that could be good.

i think the key to this meet-up is just to keep it totally informal, come and go as you like, and fun. zero stress kind of get together.

Friday evening...meeting up at a park? Not a good idea...why? Because around the hours that we'll be meeting up I'm going to need some food and some drinks and a dirty hot dog from the frank cart on the corner is not going to cut it for me and many others LOL...so, 2 ideas I have in mind so far are:

Dallas BBQ's: Good Food and GREAT Drinks
*Suitable for everyone's pocket/wallet/purse (however you carry the cash or plastic) haha*

Dave & Buster's: Eat, Drink & Play

So, check out the links...this should be a fun gathering

I'll think of more ideas throughout the day

I've been to both places and they are great for meeting!! I think is was a great idea so far!! I think your going in the right direction (Kevin was looking for something like this)
