Need an SMS Blocker app w/ Auto Response

I need an app that can auto respond to certain people's text messages.

I tried Don't Disturb Me (DDM), but their Auto SMS Response feature isn't working on my 9930.


The app needs to do the following:

1. Create a "safe list" or a "white list" that will allow those contacts to send me text messages without receiving the auto response message.

2. Create a "blacklist"

3. Allow me to differentiate whether I want to auto respond to either list

4. Allow me to create my own response messages.


Any suggestions?
