im crying right now my baby is a lemon 1.first to scroll down on my screen did not work and the bb tech said that should never happen.
2. backing got loose and still is
3. shuts off by itself
4. the soft ware is BLANK!
5. my USB cord well thats just useless i cant use it.
lucky for me i have time to exchange it. This just totally sucks!!!

ya she was brand new! she goes to the doctor today i know if i get new soft wear she will be o.k and then i can use the USB cord then download and properly put my contacts and appointments in it becouse i had to do it manually it took for ever and not even close to complete thank god because if i have to get a new phone all the work and time ...down the drain and i would have been even more upset. befor i go back to telus that where i got it from for people who have the pearl is the backing supposed to be a little loose because if it is thats going to bug me. and the re booting is that normal ?
