"ignor" on the Trackball

I have a BB peral 8100, with a trackball, and I like my phone, but when I answer it, I sometimes hit the trackball, and it goes to ignor, instead of answer....great for unwanted calls, but I'm an adviser on several networks, (I read people's tarot cards, and get paid for it, but I like what I do),so, ignored calls are registerred as missed calls,which isn't good.

How can I avoid hitting ignor on my track ball?

Don't click the trackball. Just press the green phone button to pick up your calls.

I never heard of anyone hitting the trackball to answer phone calls...
