i need help for bbm music

i have used all the five device for bbm music because i keep on loosing them,but i have a new device the bold 9900 but i can't get bbm music on .pls can any one help me reset it.many thanks

you only get 5 chance to change device. on my last device change BBM music said you have 2 more chances left. Best bet is to call RIM customer service.
