Help with UNLOCKED Black Berry Storm

I have a Verizon Black Berry Storm using T-Mobile service. I can use the phone, get calls, text but just cant seem to use the web. Also App WOrld, and BBM is not working.

Do you have a Blackberry Data plane on T-Mobile? If not then thats why your not getting some of the BB function.

Oh my mom the one who went and set it up this time. She said she doesn't know which plan it is. If it's NOT a BB plan can I call T-Mobile and switch now ?
