How do I get the free downloads for themes and wallpapers to my phone?

First of all, way off the topic of the forum you posted in. If you want people to answer your questions, it's a good idea to post them where they can see them.

Anyway, to get the free wallpapers, ringtones etc from CB (because I assume that is where you are trying to get them from) you simply email them to your email address that is set up on your device. Choose the option which will send you an email with the url and the attachment, open the attachment and save it to your device. Presto!
