 Duplicate messages
Hi I am a complete newbie with BB, but I have installed BES on our server and all has been ok for a couple of months. Recently the device now gets two copies of most emails.
The first one lands on the device is ok then some 10 minutes l8r we get another one and the bosses outlook shows it as read at that point.
If anyone can tell me where to start looking that would be a great help.
