Basic Q - My blackberry is from my company and I get and send work emails on it. My wife's blackberry is private (on our private family cellphone plan) and has nothing to do with my company.

If my wife uses her blackberry to send a PIN message to my work blackberry, can my company read it?

If I use my work blackberry to reply to her PIN number, same Q - can my company read it?

I assume my company has a blackberry server since my work emails are to me at [MyName]@[MyCompany'sDomain].com, and they appear on both my blackberry and on my office PC's Outlook. But is there a way to check?

    Thanks.

TO see if you are connected via BES through work go to
    Manage Connections > Service Status
if your company is running a BES it will say Blackberry Enterprise Server Connection: Mobile Network
if it is not on a BES then it will say Not Connected

Now as for what they can read,
that depends on what they have set up but in short anything you do on your BB your company has the potential to read depending on set up.
