DM 5 Error Backing Up

During backup I get an error backing up "Profiles". Only a couple of the profiles are backed up.

Running Vista 64. Anyone else? Also, should add that with DM 4.6/4.7 there were zero issues backing up.

i have a bold and i have the same exact problems when backing up with DM 5.0 it does have a glitch!, i re-downloaded 4.7 and no problems whatsoever. maybe when os 5.0 is on the device it will backup properly, but for now im using 4.7 to do my backups.
