Data usage for maps and MSN

I am on a 30 MB plan with Bell Mobility in Alberta. I was using the GPS map and MSN this weekend and wanted to know how much data each approximatly uses.

what Ive read on another site is...

" the average user consumes approx 700kb a month of data with either GPS or google maps etc."

1024 kb = 1 mb
