    The courts would likely side with the corporation. The corporation has a right to protect it's network and data, and a BB on BES is 'inside' the network.

    That's the main reason I don't allow personnal devices on my BES.

    I totally agree. I think a lot of people don't realize the security issues with a BB connected through BES. Connecting through BES is much more than just getting emails and your calendar sync'd. I won't go into further details but I can say that I have found a few security holes on my companies network through my BB.

    Companies have every right to monitor any device connected their network for security reasons.
