Default Convenience keys (left and right) question

Can I change the Left convenience key to something else I use more. I never use Voice dial (takes too long) on the Left and never use Lock on the Right. How do I do it? Thanks

Options>> screen/keyboard>> scroll to Convenience keys>> select the app you want.
