Contacts: Merge current phone numbers and email addresses???

I have my contacts, most of why have associated e-mail addresses. How do I merge them without having to individually enter each and every one? Any ideas at all???

What format are those contacts in? Do you have Outlook? Where are you trying to merge from, and to where?

E-mail accounts linked to my phone. Hotmail, juno, and gmail. I don't have outlook. I also have an address book filled in my palm pilot I would love to merge.

If you can export those contact list as a .csv file, there's a way to then import them into your bb with not too much pain. I know Gmail can do this but I'm not sure about the others.
