Can't verify or remove mail accounts

Hi there I switched BlackBerry's but for some reason I can not verify the e-mails I restored or that are being restored by using my sim.
I get 2 mail accounts and the option to verify these. When I verify them I get a session error and need to do it again. This repeats itself endlessly.

I can not delete these mail accounts either.
I can also not add a new mail account.

So now I am completely stuck and can't set up any mail.

Is there someone out there that can help me?
Wiping doesn't help ... tried it!

You need a BlackBerry data plan. If you did set one up through the carrier, I'd contact them, to ensure it was configured correctly.

Thanks for the quick respons.
I do hoever have a BB plan and I can also use messenger and BB App world etc. The only thing I can not use/create/delete etc is my mail ... so strange!!
