Can somebody make me a Ringtone? There's a song on YouTube I'd like a part cut out of to be a ringtone.

I'd like the one at the YouTube link below called Arabesque (Debussy) to start at about 10 seconds in and last about 30 seconds and repeated. If you can do this I'll be forever indebted.
