Default Blackberry Protect / Enterprise Activation

Hi All,

I just installed/signed up with Blackberry Protect the other day and thought it would be great to have. Afterwards I activated my bb on our enterprise server and received a message that BP is not supported when usine enterprise.

Is there a way around this or another protection program people use/recommend when on an enterprise server??

Much appreciated!

The BES backups the same data as BP. They are mutually exclusive to protect corporations that don't want data out of their control.

What about the GPS tracker if I misplace my phone? This is the feature I'd like to retain.

If you lose your phone, contact your BES admin. They will find your phone. BES is your BlackBerry Protect now.

Is there a third-party security/GPS app that would still work with BES which I could use myself?

I was hoping that the Blackberry Management Center would give me some controls. I am on BESX and when I signed up it registered my phone but the security features don't work.
