Default Blackberry Messenger on AT&T

I read on blackberry web site that att only supports bbm on certain phones is this true ? and would they support bbm on the 8900 and the bold ?... thanks

All BlackBerrys have BBM, at least all of the ones on AT&T. Any BB that is from AT&T has BBM.

If its a Blackberry with a BB data plan, you will have BBM

and if your BB doesnt come with it, you can load it on through DM. my AT&T branded 8310 that i got used didnt have it (probably used on BES). i had to install it myself.

thanks guys iam total rookie to the bb thing,iam going to pull the trigger on a 8900 curve or a bold in the next day or to.
