Or just remove the space (ie. "simpleman.mp3", without the quotes)...

im seeing success with people transferring mp3s from pc to blackberry or blackberry to blackberry. even from other brand cell phones to blackberry. but im having trouble transferring mp3s from my sony ericsson w810i and pc to my curve. i was able to transfer an mp3 ringtone about 750KB. but when i try to send a song around 5MB or greater, i get transfer failed. tried different settings on the curve, pulled battery, deleted paired settings and repaired, still all same result. so i looked for a smaller mp3 file.

4MB transfer failed - from pc to curve/ sony ericsson to cuve
2.21MB worked from from pc to curve/ sony ericsson to cuve

looks like somekind of bug where it fails if the mp3 is over a certain size, can anyone confirm? im using OS 4.5.0.55 on my att curve. could this be because i don't have a media card in the blackberry?

picture transfer work fine though but im guessing it's because they're mostly under 1MB

First you have to pair the devices...
from your berry select "Set Up Bluetooth"
then "search for devices from here"

now on the LG make sure you have this one's bluetooth settings as available or "find me"

once the berry scans for devices it should find the LG... enter 0000 as the code on both your berry and your LG...
the two devices should now be paired...

to send from your LG to your berry you can follow the same directions as blackshampoo's post... or you can just...

on your berry go to your "media" folder...
select the blackberry button (to the left of the trackwheel)
select "Receive using bluetooth"

now just send the file from your LG and save on your berry

Ok ppl so I figured it out! It took awhile. Ok so both phones have to be in the media player at the same time as one is sending the music with "send file blue tooth" and the one recieving is using "recieving with blue tooth" it'll say something like "connecting..." as soon as the phones find each other you'll be transfering and recieving in no time.

I hope I made sense =)

I don't think the whole phone book can be done. Only one by one me believes.

You should be able to take it into your local carrier store and have them either transfer the phone book from one to the other or have them put it on a flash drive and load it via media manager.
