I have a hard time choosing
9900 is an amazing device and I love using it
BUT
the 8330 still holds a place in my heart
in 2007 it was an amazing device, lasted forever was so well built, was the messaging power house
It destroyed WinMo6.5 phones. and the First gen iPhone was a completely different Animal they were not the same category at all.

Well if we're talking strictly phones then the 9900 is my choice but, IMHO, Plabook is the best device with the "BlackBerry" stamp on it.

9900! Solidly built, runs smooth with no lag. GSM and HSPA+! If RIM had brought these to the table a year sooner and they would probably be in much better shape in the US right now.

8330 by far. That was an excellent device. I hated it at first. Then I used it. Then I fell in love with it. Now, I would still use it.

9850 9860 Torch. Sleek and modern BB that has the only chance of bringing the modern smart phone crowd to BB.

Guess i'll be the first to vote for the 9810. Best of both worlds; big screen for games/browsing and keyboard cus I can't 'get used to' the touch typing.
However.... I am jealous of the 9900 keyboard.

torch 9810, best of both worlds, though both the screen and the keyboard could be bigger.
