BB 9810 - Show da contact in the unlock mode

I've a BB 9810. If it is unlocked, it shows the contact name. If it is locked, it only show the number.
How do you make it show the contact name in the unlock mode?

I think you mean "How do you show the contact name in the lock mode?" If that's what you mean, go to Options>Security>Encryption and uncheck "include contacts."
