am I the only one with a BB on Rogers being extremly slow?

Hey guys, my 9900 is in for warranty replacement so I used my torch 9800 and the internet was VERY slow on it. Took 3 mins to open fb on it. Then used my bb bold 9780 for a bit to use fb cause the torch was slow and to my surprise it took 5 mins to open crackberry.com on my 9780. Is this a bb problem or rogers problem?

yeah mine's been pretty brutal here in Southern Winnipeg, I've just been using EDGE because I was doing battery pulls constantly as web pages weren't even opening..
