It's been a few days now but both mine and my wife's z10 won't switch over to the home wifi I literally turn off the sim Data to force a connection. It also does this outside at hotspots

I have the same issue , If i turn Mobile network off , my Wi-fi turns on and works fine, but if it's on wifi switch to 4 GLTE .It started yesterday afternoon Did you find a solution?

Try rebooting the router at home.

Did that nothing. Even have a replacement coming. Yes yesterday it started

There's another thread on this subject. Seems to be a universal issue that started yesterday. No answers as yet.
