    Mine is Z10 STL100-3 bought from USA. From the day 1 I was facing issue with wi-fi connectivity. Every time I need to restart my phone to connect with wi-fi network.

    Aeroplane mode doesn't work properly. After restarting the phone it works fine.

    When I try to make calls and if the network is busy the call doesn't end quick. Almost for 15 seconds the beap sound goes on and ends automatically.

    Hi!!! welcome to Crackberry!!!

    Are you on an early OS? A lot of issues have been fixed with updates.

    And did you install this OS yourself?
    Maybe someone here who knows about this can help you to get the correct software for your region (if that is the issue).

    One of my friend have contact with BlackBerry employee so got this mobile from them. He might have installed this OS.
