Stoooopid. Regardless if it's legit or not, it says it won't ship until 5 days after release. So you can just wait until release and go buy an off-contract one for way cheaper anyway and not get scammed in the process

Exactly. I am almost certain i will get this phone off contract as soon as it's out. I am with t-mobile and i have a feeling there will be a slight delay (as in anything more than a week after launch). I need this phone now! lol

The whole idea of selling the phone for around $1000 is to get people in countries that won't get the phone at launch to pay up if they want one so bad. Its actually a pretty good idea and could make you some extra coin to fund your own!
