Am I going nuts, or just so taken up with my new BB10, that I cant see the wood for the trees
When I am typing a text message (love keypad) I cant enter a new line, keyboard shows (send) where return key usually is
When I am typing e-mail (love keypad) I cant enter a new line, keyboard shows (submit) where return key usually is
When I am typing a BBM message (love keypad) I cant enter a new line, keyboard shows (send) where return key usually is
In files, reminder etc, keyboard shows return key and works fine
On line help told me to reset system and all would be resolved...... as you guessed ..... no resolution

In most situations where "Return" is the submit button, "Shift + Return" goes to a new line. Does that work?

Sometimes you want to put an extra line break in emails. To separate paragraphs and the like.
