    So I've discovered that I don;t always receive my BBM messages on my Z10. I can't send BBM messages either. This seemed to have started after I have uploaded the new software update on Rogers. The only way my BBM work is if I restart the phone. Has this happened to anyone else? It is getting quite frustrating...

    I just got another 4MB update from Rogers and it's working just fine.

    These less than 30MB updates are nothing fix wise - just reinstalling carrier bloatware.

    Try a wipe and reload, bbm is working fine for almost everyone else.

    Try tweeting @blackberryhelp

    I couldn't send bbm's the first day I got my Z10 and they had me fixed up in under 24 hours.
