    All of a sudden anytime I go to you tube I cannot watch anything all it says is "unable to play unsupported media" this just started anyone know how top fix this?

    I have no clue rim sent me a new phone as my other curve froze up. I just got this one yesterday.

    Go to options and then about and see what os you have. If it is 4.2 then you will need to upgrade to 4.5.

    Do the upgrade as suggested and then try. I've given up on youtube on the mobile.
