did any of you berries out there encountered a problem like mine?

have this bb9900 with a data plan and all was well until recently whenever i sign in to my YM it says password or userid invalid. but when i try the same data on other units or pc i get accross too easily...

ive tried a lot from service books to ym mail account info manage websites etc to battery pull to security wipe and all but nothing has helped even a bit...

ive been to my network office but even them cant do a thing about it...

But I can access ym on it if I use 3rd party apps like nimbuzz or IM+... But not on the real ym apps
