    Can someone help me with how to open excel files with extension xlsb???

    I don't think anything other than Excel itself can read .xlsb files. You'd have to open the file in Excel and save it as .xls/.xlsx to get it to work.

    It is not even opening in phone. File received in mail as an attachment but not opening. Message comes that no viewer available for opening this file.

    Exactly, the phone doesn't have Excel, it has Docs to Go (which can't read .xlsb). You'd need a computer with Microsoft Excel on it to resave the file.
