OK, why can't I get it receive pictures on SMS. I had to do a battery pull for all the pictures sent to me to come through and the person I was texting with never received my pictures. I'm on Z10 she is on iPhone. Anyone else experiencing this?

A SMS message should automatically become a MMS message when you add media, photos, music etc etc. Go into HUB setting and make sure SMS and MMS are set right. Also the iPhone doesn't do SMS text messaging. It does imessage or something like that. Might be the iPhone with the issue.

Your friend must go into their settings / messages and ensure that they have all the sms and mms messaging options enabled to be able to communicate properly [send as an sms with non iphone devices] with non-iphone users.

imessage is only intended to provide communication between apple devices that support imessage. TEXT Communication with an iphone to non apple devices is via sms or mms.

My wife has an iphone 5s and we don't have any problems with SMS/MMS. Plus she uses I message and Face time all the time with her Son and Daughter in Law

Yea I've heard of that but I have had no problems before texting people on iPhone. I have also read in the forums about others experiencing problems with SMS on BlackBerry.

If your phone is on Wifi , try to disable it and go back on your network setting. Then tap on the Download Now and the pictures and messages should come thru. Sometimes if the threads are long you might want to clean house and clean your texts too. I have weak Wifi in our home and that causes issues with MMS.

I do have more issues with BBM and texts with iPhone users vs Androids. No idea why.

It's not only the pictures, when you get a multi-person text and you reply, it doesn't reply to everyone but only to the person that initiated the text.

No, you're right, but just because there are alternatives doesn't mean texting on BlackBerry should be so crappy. I use BBM but some people use WhatsApp or Tango or Viber, but regardless if your choice of alternatives, the one thing we can all use is Regular SMS and MMS messaging. It should work correctly. No excuses.

What OS do you have? I have found that with 10.3 I have issues receiving MMS messages sometimes. Instead of restarting the phone I toggle airplane mode and the messages always start flowing.

Well, not for me, I have unlimited SMS / MMS on my plan. Also, I don't give a hoot about security when I'm texting my wife and kids.

Any iToy users I've seen when they take out their phones have been hypnotized or brainwashed into thinking they've just pulled nirvana out if their dam pockets.

When I read this last night, I was very intrigued with your discovery of an obviously psychic way to determine when and/or where you were going to do whatever you do to make money. What a narrow minded comment.

I don't see why they are brainwashed because they are using a different brand of phone. Many businesses run iOS / Android successfully.
Why do you think so many games are available on this platform and not on Blackberry? It's because they have a significant market share and it's worth it for developers.

In terms of hardware every manufacture has problems. Apple has outstanding support which you can't say about Blackberry.

BTW: I use a Q10 and I love it.
