From your BB go to Media, press the Menu key, Explore. Check the Device Memory/User folders. If you find them in device memory, select them, press the Menu key and select Move, navigate Up to your media card then press Menu, Move Here.

Are you enabling Mass Storage Mode on your BB before you connect to your PC?

Also, you can't see files in your Device Memory using Mass Storage Mode, only files on your media card.

    options>media card>mass storage mode support = ON
Unsupported? You took these with your video camera on the phone? If you have not tried a battery pull try that... Phone on, remove the battery and replace in 30 seconds - see if this corrects the issue.

    another new problem:

Instead of going trough the hassle of trying to get these to work I figured I'd delete these and try again, I got one to be properly deleted but when I try to delete the second video it says "The file is currrently in use"

Make sure in media player it is not playing and in paused mode. Also try the battery pull as suggested. It might sort this out for you on its own.

Did you close the Media player? It could be still running in memory.

Hold down Alt, then press the Back key to see if the Media player is open.
