yes i would. in fact i have already done it. 5 days ago i got my new 9900 (upgrade from 9700) for 300 euro here in Romania.

I got my 9810 the day it came out.
I got my 9930 when I moved one line to Verizon.
I got my 9860 two weekends ago.
If a white 9930 goes to Verizon I'll buy one.
I will as soon as I can find the right plan. It is the plan that is the gotcha, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and I don't know who else. I look forward to adding a BB phone to my Playbook. I have gone through many versions of Windows Mobile for the last 6 or 8 years and I have had enough of that. Currently I am just using a plain non-smart phone and my plan has been satisfied so I am free to start looking.
I upgraded to a Bold 9900 about a week ago. The RIM devices have been good tools in my two-person business, but I had some doubts about staying with RIM because the whole world seems to be going to other companies. So I asked a few people who had those other devises (from phones to pads): “How do you like your ___, what does it do?” Not a single person said, “It helps me work.” Everyone said something related either to games or entertainment.
The 9900 is great and OS7 seems powerful and flexible. It is the best Blackberry I have owned and offers enhanced work-related capabilities and many faster/better ways of doings the same things my previous RIM device did.
Having used the 9900 for a week, would I buy it again? Yes and I wish I would have bought it sooner. I am constantly finding ways to customize it for my preferences.
