Can I display a personal and work calendar in my BB and keep the sync'd and separate? Can I use my work bb server and a google bb server to keep calendars? I do not want either to sync each other (work with personal).
Any suggestions? 3party 2nd calendar suggesions?
I don't know either, I just sync the two and keep everything on one.

To my knowledge there is no way to keep the calendars separate. Sorry!
I have also never heard of a way to do this.... But wouldn't that be an awesome idea for a 3rd party app!! :)
OS4.3 has separate calendars for each email address. However, when I have appts in more than one the agenda view gets messed up and leaves out a lot of appts so I haven't found it very useful. Hopefully RIM will fix the bugs before 4.5 comes out....
