No. There's no workaround.

You need to talk to your IT administrator and ask for permission.

Circumventing or attempting to circumvent your employer's IT Policy is a good way to separate yourself from your employment.

There is that new OS7 app called Blackberry Balance that keeps your work separate from your personal life.
Maybe ask if they can enable that?

Actually you can bypass IT permissions. Search the CB forum for the subforum How To's. There is one which lets you bypass your IT permissions
