i dont know what contests you enter... but the terms and conditions are just that. they are what you read BEFORE joining the contest... there will not be winners listed in them because the winners come AFTER.

Oh. gotcha. I don't normally win things. Or possibly win things. I just wanted the terms and conditions so I could somehow verify the email I received. I have tweeted at Blackberry for support and nothing. T-Mobile was able to get back to me but the contest is not through them so there was no information they could provide.

I was able to contact T-Mobile. They informed me the contest was not through them so they had no information to provide me. I would assu,e the same applies for Verizon and At&t.
