    Default Wiping memory clean

    I know that to wipe clean my blackberry you need to type "blackberry" as a security. Unfortunately my "c" key no longer works.

    Does anything know any other way to complete wipe my phone?

    If you have access to a PC you can use JL_CMDER or BBASK

    My preference is BBSAK as it has the ability to reload your OS also.
    If using JL_CMDER select the "resettofactory" option.

    You can also go to options / password and turn on password protection. Once you do that, lock your phone and then type the wrong password 10 times, which will also initiate a wipe.

    If I'm not mistaken once the wrong p/word has been entered enough times it will still
    require "blackberry" to be typed before initiating the security wipe.

    I have never tried it, I always assumed it was automatic. If that's indeed the case, my suggestion would not be helpful at all

    Go to Options->Security Options->General Settings.

    Hit the menu button, select "Wipe Handheld".

    Absolutely true. 3 or 4 times, actually.
