I have had the loading hourglass spinning on my front screen for 3 days now. I've pulled the battery many times and I have no idea what to do. I thought about wiping the handheld but I don't think I should because it completely wipes everything on the phone so I think I would have no idea to use it. Am I correct? What do you suggest I should do?

Never wipe your handheld unless you have backed up everything on it first!!! Try to backup your info before wiping the handheld PLEASE! Be very gentle with the Berry

Is your BB working, but the hourglass continues to show up, or is not working and you are getting the white screen with the hourglass?

If it is still covered by warranty, take it back to the store and make it an SEP.

SEP = Someone Else's Problem.

Get a replacement phone.

Do you have a current backup?

Clearly it is working well enough to allow you to post the WAP froum.

If not, that should be the first thing you do. After that, work on correcting the problem or have it replaced.
