Go to >>>>manage connection >>>> Mobile Network Options check if your Data network is ON , if its off simply change it to ON.

(just in case if you cant do it through Manage connections) you can also go to >>> options>>> mobile network options and follow the steps.

    Hope this will Help

I did "manage connections". First I turned off wifi and the turned on mobile connection. Instead of the circle going green, it stays yellow.
I also tried the other way and my signal just has an X.

Have you tried a battery pull with the device turned on?
Have you contacted your carrier to see if there is a tower problem in your area?

Hmmm try a battery pull, if that doesn't work then try removing the sim card, it might be having troubles reading it.

I think you are in the wrong forum. The 8330 doesn't have wifi.

    Did you call your carrier?

Did you do anything that might have physically damaged the device?

I just did that like 30 minutes ago and he told me to do memory wiping. I did that, and im still having the problem.

I may have dropped it in water like a month ago, dried it off, then it was working fine as it was before. Now the mobile connection is just not working

Is your browser set to "Hotspot Browser"? If it is, you will not be able to use it once you are out of range of the router.
