Hi All,

New to the forum as I am now having a few issues with the BB 8520.

I am on Etisalat in Dubai and I had to send the phone back as the keypad stopped working about a month ago. That was subsequently fixed and the s/w was upgraded to 5.0 Bundle 1168 (v5.5.5.681 platform 5.2.0.67).

Worked fine but last night the track-pad became slow to respond or not work at all. I did the battery pull, the SIM out switch on etc. and the only thing that fixed it was press and hold the track-pad for a few seconds. Now though, the track-pad appears to be stuck down, I can still scroll and press but it's very...umm...not right basically.

Another issue is I have the WiFi set up to auto connect at home - it connects, says its connected but will not load any web pages. I have deleted and re-added the WiFi account on the phone but nada. I have tried it on free WiFi hotspots and at friends apartments and at work. All connect but no web pages load.

Can anyone give me any ideas please..?
